Join us for a night of all things turkey. Britain's number 1 butcher, Rob from Roast Mutton is back to show us how to prepare a turkey for the ultimate Christmas dinner. Rob will give you the tips and tricks you need to get your turkey ready for the oven, from turkey crowns and preparation and then our very own chefs Ben and Jonny will give you the professionals guide to cooking a delicious, juicy meal. There will be delicious tasters of Christmas favourites on the night, as well as tips and tricks you can't live without.
